En rolig asana-praksis for å slippe hverdagens stress. I denne 75-minutters klassen er det rolig bevegelse gjennom ulike yoga-stillinger, hvor vi er oppmerksomt tilstede i kroppen. Klassen passer til alle nivåer.

Gentle asana practice to help you release everyday stress.
In this 75 minutes class we will move slowly through different yoga poses, keeping in mind that our body is our guide. The intention is to practice with mindful attention to all sensations, while we are moving and while we are still.
Big dose of self-love and relaxation!
The class will leave you feeling grounded, connected with your inner self and relaxed.
It is suitable for all levels.
